Separate sealed bids for the City of Greenville WWTP Noncompliance Groundwater
Treatment Control Plan (Clarifiers 1-4 GCP Project), Greenville, Mississippi will be
received by the City of Greenville City Clerk’s Office, 340 Main St., Greenville, Mississippi,
38701 (phone no. 662-378-1551) until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, and
then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be tabulated and presented to City
Council at its next regular meeting.
Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are available in paper copy or digital copy. Plan
holders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.wlburleplanroom.com to view
and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address. Bid
Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone interested
in submitting bids electronically in place of a seal bid, they may do so only through
www.wlburleplanroom.com. For all questions regarding website registration, online orders,

All Bidders are welcome to attend the pre-bid meeting held 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday,
January 11, 2023, in the City of Greenville City Clerk’s Office, 340 Main St., Greenville,
Mississippi; 38701.
The City of Greenville reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
Contract award will be made to the responsible offerer whose proposal is most advantageous to
the City of Greenville.
