Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for:
CONTRACT NO. 2 – CONSTRUCTION OF WWTP EQUALIZATION BASIN
OXFORD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP)
LAGOON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY OF OXFORD, MISSISSIPPI
for the City of Oxford, Oxford, Mississippi, will be received by the City Clerk in the Office of the City Clerk, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi 38655 (Phone No. 662-236-1310) until 2:00 p.m. (C.S.T.), March 5, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids will be tabulated and presented to Board of Aldermen at its next regular meeting.

A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. (C.S.T) on February 20, 2019, in the
Municipal Courtroom of the Oxford City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, Mississippi.
The scope of work for the project includes the construction of a concrete-lined equalization basin
(65,000 square yards) with aeration system and discharge structure; 400 L.F. of 24” D.I. piping
with metering and valve vaults and appurtenances; 13,500 tons of special waste excavation/transport/ disposal; and associated electrical and SCADA systems.

Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are available in paper copy or digital copy. Plan

and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address. Bid
documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website.
